Who we help

Support built around you

Whatever your age or situation, we start with what you want to do, then work out the rest together.

Helping my child get active

Kids and teens

Children and teenagers who want to build movement skills, strength and confidence, including kids with disability or developmental conditions.

How Exercise Physiology helps

Sessions are built around what your child enjoys, so moving feels like play, not a chore. We tailor everything to their age, development and goals, and keep parents and carers involved.

  • Movement skills and coordination
  • Strength and fitness for school, sport and play
  • Confidence joining in with friends
  • Simple activities to keep going at home

Building strength and independence

People with disability

NDIS participants of any age living with physical, intellectual or neurological disability.

How Exercise Physiology helps

Programs are built around your NDIS goals, to build strength, independence and capacity for the things you want to do. We keep your support coordinator in the loop, and if you need help getting to or through sessions, we can help arrange a support worker.

  • Moving safely at home and in the community
  • Strength, balance and stamina for daily tasks
  • Functional Capacity Assessments and progress reports for plan reviews
  • A routine that supports your wellbeing
