Exercise Physiology, wherever suits you

Tailored, evidence-based exercise at home, in a local gym, in the pool or in our private studio.

Our core service

Exercise Physiology

Move better, feel stronger and live more fully.

Exercise Physiology uses evidence-based exercise to prevent, manage and treat long-term health conditions, disability and injury. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists design programs that are safe, effective and built around your goals.

Whether you're living with a neurological condition, recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain or simply wanting more strength and independence, we work with you every step of the way.

In the water

Hydrotherapy

Warm water makes moving easier.

Warm water supports your body, eases pain and adds gentle resistance, so you can do things that may be hard on land. It suits people with complex physical needs, significant pain or limited weight-bearing, or anyone who finds exercise on land difficult.

Sessions are led by our Exercise Physiologists at heated pools across the South East, including in Dandenong, Cranbourne and Frankston.

Often helps with

  • Arthritis and joint pain
  • Recovery after surgery
  • Chronic pain and fibromyalgia
  • Neurological conditions and spasticity
  • Cerebral palsy and developmental conditions
  • Spinal cord and acquired brain injury

  • Pelvic floor and core strength
  • Back pain and spinal conditions
